This exquisite tea is harvested from May to July in the lush high-altitude region of Ilam (1700 to 1867 meters above sea level), cultivated from the premium Gumtee variety using only two leaves and a bud. The leaves undergo a meticulous process: rested in withering troughs for 9 hours with a mix of hot and natural air, gently rolled for 30 minutes to preserve their natural shape, and fermented for 8 hours to develop rich, complex flavors. After fermentation, the tea is shaped and dried for 30 to 45 minutes under controlled temperatures, ensuring its aromatic properties are fully preserved. Hand-sorted for quality, this tea offers a refined and flavorful experience, perfect for tea enthusiasts seeking a truly authentic brew.
