First Flush Himalayan Gold

This exquisite spring-plucked black tea, undergoes a withering process lasting 6 hours. It is carefully rolled to preserve its natural appearance, oxidised until desired changes appear and then dried at a controlled temperature. The result is a mildly robust and luminous tea with notes of caramel, cocoa and spices.
