First Flush Black

A spring-plucked black tea made with 3 leaves and a bud that undergoes a withering process lasting 6 hours with hot and natural air. It is carefully rolled and oxidised for 8 hrs+ and then dried within (upto)an hour at a controlled temperature. The result is a brisk and giving tea with notes of Almond and butter.
