This premium tea is harvested from April to May in the high-altitude region of Ilam (1700 to 1867 meters above sea level), using the finest two leaves and a bud from the Gumtee and Tagdaa 78 cultivars. The leaves are carefully processed: rested in natural air, cooled after enzyming, gently rolled to preserve their natural shape, and dried under controlled temperatures to lock in their aromatic properties.
